on services provision
Public Offer for the Provision of Services
This document is a public offer and a public service agreement. Its provisions are identical for all consumers.
Parental Control Kroha Sp. z o. o. (hereinafter – the Company), acting on the basis of the applicable legislation and generally accepted civil law norms, addresses this public offer to any natural and/or legal person (hereinafter – the Consumer) on the following terms:

Public Offer means the Company’s proposal to enter into a public service agreement on the terms set out in this Offer.
Public Agreement means the transaction concluded between the Company and the Consumer on the terms of this Offer. The transaction is deemed concluded at the moment the Consumer accepts the terms of the Offer (hereinafter – the Agreement).
Consumer means a legally capable natural or legal person to whom the Services are provided in the manner and under the conditions set forth in the Agreement.
Acceptance means the Consumer’s full and unconditional consent to conclude the Agreement with the Company.
Personal non-property rights mean a type of absolute subjective rights belonging to the Consumer and third parties and being inseparably connected with the person.
Services mean the Consumer’s right to receive information about the activity on the Internet of persons for whom the Consumer is responsible, as well as to restrict their access to Internet resources and to control the use of electronic devices by means of the application developed by the Company.
2. Subject matter and general conditions of the Agreement
The Parties are guided by the applicable legislation and the principle of freedom of will.
The subject matter of this Public Offer is the provision of Services by the Company to the Consumer and the receipt of payment for such Services.
The Agreement is concluded by the Consumer performing actions that confirm their consent to all terms of the Offer.
Acceptance is carried out by registering or paying for the Services.
The date of conclusion of the Agreement is the date of Acceptance of the Public Offer.
3. Procedure for the provision of Services
The Company provides the Services in accordance with the package selected by the Consumer.
The Company is entitled to suspend the provision of the Services in case of violation of the terms of the Offer or of the law.
The Consumer provides accurate data and gives consent to the processing of personal data to the extent necessary for the provision of the Services.

Payment is made in the amount corresponding to the service package selected by the Consumer, by means of cashless transfer of funds.
The obligation to pay is deemed fulfilled at the moment the funds are credited to the Company’s account.
7. Privacy Policy
The Company is entitled to collect and store the Consumer’s personal data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Personal information may be used to inform the Consumer about new services, promotions, and updates.
Disclosure of information to third parties is allowed only in cases provided for by the Agreement or by law.
The Consumer has the right to opt out of receiving marketing messages.
The Company undertakes to protect personal data against unauthorized access.
8. Liability of the Parties
The Parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of the terms of the Agreement.
The Consumer is liable for any unlawful use of the Services or interference with the privacy of third parties.
9. Procedure for handling requests
The Consumer has the right to send requests, proposals, complaints, or inquiries in any form.
The Company undertakes to review such requests within a reasonable time and to provide a response.
10. Dispute resolution
Disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached – in court, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
11. Final provisions
The Agreement enters into force from the moment of Acceptance and remains in force for an indefinite period.
The Agreement may be terminated at the initiative of either Party in the manner provided for by the terms of the Offer or by applicable law.
